MISSION STATEMENT

Educating the whole child, spiritually and academically

St. Peter Catholic School, partnered with the Sisters of Notre Dame, and has been in existence since 1860.  Our philosophy has and continues to rely on the Notre Dame philosophy of an integrated education for transformation.  We believe in educating the whole child, both spiritually and academically and instilling the importance of lifelong service to others.

Students are guided by a strong moral vision, rooted in the Beatitudes and Corporal Works of Mercy, helping them grow in discipline, compassion, and leadership for the future.

St. Peter School offers a rigorous, faith-centered education enriched with co- and extracurricular opportunities. The school is accredited by the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association, and all teachers are licensed through the Ohio Department of Education.

St. Peter School promotes self-discipline, respect, and the value of every individual, fostering a caring, faith-filled environment. Guided by parents and teachers, students learn to make choices aligned with the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Extracurricular activities provide strong character building, leadership formation, and service opportunities, enriching the academic and faith experience of our students. Through participation, students are provided the opportunity to continue developing mind, body, and spirit outside of the classroom.
